Deb of NJ asks: My 10 year old daughter is active with softball and basketball. She is a healthy eater, but she is overweight and needs to loose weight. Her stomache is large enough that she has to wear plus size jeans. She is very self concious. How can I help her loose weight yet help her feel beautiful?

Adrienne of PA asks: Is it better to eat several nutritional mini meals/snacks per day or stick to the three squares? I am small and can't eat a lot at once and prefer to "graze" on healthy foods, but my friends seem to think it's better to not snack or eat in between meals. I also try to exercise and walk as much as possible. What do you think?

John D of NJ asks: My 12 year old son and I signed up to a health club and my son is tall but over weight. What types of foods are best avoided and in limited quantities? I started stressing to him to eat more fruits and salads. But at 12 years old i don't want to seem like a drill seargent.
